Air Fx is an advanced caloric air irrigator system developed for precise vestibular and balance assessment in clinical audiology and neuro-otology. The system is designed to evaluate the function of the horizontal semicircular canals and overall vestibular response during caloric testing.

Using controlled warm and cool air stimulation, Air Fx delivers accurate airflow into the external ear canal to create thermal stimulation within the inner ear. This process induces nystagmus (involuntary eye movement), allowing clinicians to analyze vestibular-ocular reflex (VOR) responses and identify vestibular disorders such as dizziness, vertigo, and balance dysfunction.
